Description

As the Head of Wellbeing and People Experience, you'll lead a dedicated team in fostering a workplace environment that prioritises the holistic wellbeing of our people and an engaging people experience.


Reporting to the Director, People & Development, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing initiatives that promote wellness, while also ensuring safety and compliance.

You'll also lead the design of policies and programs that support a strong and engaging people experience. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with other teams to embed best practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading a team of professionals who focus on creating a positive and supportive work environment that promotes the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of employees.
  • Designing the engagement strategy for Partners and employees.
  • Creating a dynamic people experience that aligns to the firm's vision and values.
  • Leading a culture change program alongside the broader People & Development leadership team.
  • Staying current with legislation and taking a proactive approach to ensure the firm is wellplaced for any legislative changes.
  • Enhancing the firms people policies to ensure they are simple, fit for purpose, and in line with the firm's broader strategy and values.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of our people strategy alongside the broader People and Development leadership team.
Who you are

  • You have 10+ years of experience in people roles within a corporate environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • You have experience in the health, safety and wellbeing landscape and a passion to create an environment where people thrive.
  • You are confident and comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels.
  • You have experience in leading people and working collaboratively.
  • You have a strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex peoplerelated and business challenges.
