We're expanding our operations and looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be the linchpin of our project sites, overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Your role will not only involve supervising the job sites but also expanding our network by forging connections with potential partner companies, generating leads, and representing YellowX in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise excavation and construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies by all site personnel.
Act as the primary point of contact onsite for all staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partner companies to generate new business opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, presenting project updates, and contributing to negotiations.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
Report project progress and any critical issues to the senior management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction/excavation industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Melbourne area.
