In the
Business Support Administrator role, you'll report to the WA Business Support Team Manager.

You will be based in our
Perth office with the option to
WFH up to two days per week.


You will be joining a national team of administration professionals, provide dedicated administration support to our consultants in your assigned Business Group as well as nationally via an online Business Support Centre.


What you'll do

  • Provide administration support to project engineers and scientists
  • Deliver excellent document production to internal stakeholders within required timeframes
  • Review nontechnical documents; proofread for accuracy, compliance with corporate policies and formatting adherence
  • Assist with tender preparation; gathering insurances, certificates, CV preparation and client reports
  • Arrange, participate and contribute during Group meetings (e.g. take minutes and facilitate follow up actions)
  • Assist with credit card reconciliation, timesheet and expense management, PO creation, invoice coding and maintain consulting CV database up to date
  • Assist group with onboarding of new starters, including arranging access passes and workstations
  • Coordinate employee travel and mobilisation, book medicals, client/site inductions and training courses
  • Various data entry including soil/rock logs in the system
  • Foster a strong client, quality and safety culture as well as a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual respect

About you


We are seeking a service-focused, proactive and tech-savvy individual who will provide a mature, composed and professional service to both internal staff and our valued clients.


In addition, you will bring the following:

  • At least 2 years of office or team or office administration experience
  • Comfortable and confident with technology we require strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and ideally some familiarity with Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Delve etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Consultative approach and excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • A selfstarter who can work independently, but also to contribute proactively to a strong team environment
  • Commitment to supporting the development of a positive, supportive and highperforming team culture
