About the role
We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our expanding Claims & Risk Loss Adjusting/BI service.
The role will include a
variety of key responsibilities such as:
- Reviewing and writing reports supporting overall outcomes of the business;
- Data entry ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
- Managing and triaging phone enquiries;
- Any other required administration duties.
About you
As a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone, you have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Applicants seeking a part time position will be considered however preference is for full time availability.
Ideal attributes include:

Mandatory - must have prior experience in insurance assessing;:
- Demonstrated administration experience is essential;
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
- Matureminded and ability to work independently;
Team attitude & positive approach;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
- Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- A current Police Clearance.
