About the role
We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our expanding Claims & Risk Loss Adjusting/BI service.

The role will include a

variety of key responsibilities such as:

  • Reviewing and writing reports supporting overall outcomes of the business;
  • Data entry ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
  • Managing and triaging phone enquiries;
  • Any other required administration duties.

About you


As a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone, you have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

You are organised and understand the importance of delivering a high quality service.

Applicants seeking a part time position will be considered however preference is for full time availability.


Ideal attributes include:

Mandatory - must have prior experience in insurance assessing;:

  • Demonstrated administration experience is essential;
-
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;

  • Matureminded and ability to work independently;
-
Team attitude & positive approach;

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
  • Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  • A current Police Clearance.
