We are assisting our client, a group with expanding subsidiaries within various industries. The group is undergoing rapid growth and therefore have a new role of Digital Marketing Manager.


The Role:


Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work over several of the group's businesses utilising your digital marketing and ecommerce expertise to help grow the company brands' awareness, website traffic and organic growth.


  • Build and manage a team of eCommerce and digital marketing specialists
  • Manage company eCommerce platform/s, websites including SEO & rebuilds, and oversee paid media including socials, Google Ads, etc.
  • Increase organic traffic through SEO, and other platforms
  • Identification and problem solving using strategic methodologies
  • Data analysis and reporting to management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, etc.
  • Work autonomously and together with the marketing team to achieve predetermined targets
  • Other individual or group marketing activities as directed

To be Successful:


  • Minimum 5 years in a similar eCommerce/digital marketing manager position
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent in experience
  • Experience in marketing & eCommerce programs such as Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Omnisend. Moderate coding, liquid, and ruby experience
  • Experience with Cin7 is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be: strategic, self motivated, friendly, flexible, collaborative and work well in a team as well as autonomously, driven to succeed and have a passion for helping business growth through your marketing expertise

Salary:
$100, $105,000.00 per year
