About the Role

They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team for a period of 2 months.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing all invoices and ensuring the accurate and timely payment of all suppliers and vendors.

Key duties will include:

You will be looking after the following:

Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and assist in AP analysis and accruals
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues
Maintain accurate records and files of all accounts payable transactions
Assist with monthend close processes and financial reporting as required

About You

At least 23 years' prior experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or similar role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
Proficient in using SAP Business One, Concur and excellent Excel skill are highly desired
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
