Job description:

With continued growth in the engineering industry across both design and construction, paired with a growing pipeline of work, this consultancy is seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join the team to be involved across a variety of land development and infrastructure projects.

This leading, national Australian owned engineering consultancy have a desirable client base where they continue to build their relationships with many loyal return clients.

In addition to ongoing learning and development, you will have variety in your role working across a variety of civil design projects including bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure, storm water drainage, access tracks, major roads and intersections.

The role

You will actively support the growth, by providing a high standard of design, drafting and other technical input whilst working on a range of exciting civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Develop detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, 12D and Civil3D software
Coordination with clients, other consultants, internal engineers, senior civil designers, and drafters
Successfully plan and complete drafting projects within agreed deadlines, in line with company and project standards
Manage projects efficiently by working closely with the wider team in producing drawings output
Project management exposure will be highly regarded, as well as experience on DIT projects
