A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Data & Analytics professional to join a well-known, health organisation.


Boasting an established name and dedicated team, this organisation is on the precipice an exciting period of change, transformation, and is looking for a data-driven individual to take them forward on a long-term, permanent basis.


As Head of Data & People Analytics, you will lead a small team of analysts, and thrive in taking full ownership of the end-to end analysis across all areas of People & Culture and HR.


The overall purpose of this role is to uncover data-driven insights and deliver reports to senior management that will enable them to retain talent and operate the entire organisation in a highly efficient manner.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, leading and delivering the people analytics vision and strategy to uncover data driven insights and deliver workforce analytics solutions for people related data such as recruitment, compensation and D&I.
  • Designing and administering the organisation's people performance framework, ensuring it is aligned to the strategic plan
  • Collaborating with the technology team to deliver the strategy that optimises people management
  • Collaborating with finance to deliver workforce planning solutions


To be considered for an interview, you must have demonstrated experience in a similar data, analytics and reporting position, where you have a played a key role in pulling large sets of data across large departments and presenting it to senior management teams.


You have strong consulting skills with the ability to understand and influence across complex stakeholder environments and have technical "hands on" expertise in data visualisation, business intelligence, reporting and analytic tools.


Finally, in addition to being a thinker and a problem solver, you will also have a genuine interest in how organisations are run and be the type of individual who invests the time in learning as much as they can as possible, in order to do your job at the highest level.
