We're looking for a Law Enforcement Operations Specialist to join the Law Enforcement Operations team


What you'll do:

  • Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from US and global law enforcement
  • Participate in oncall rotation for law enforcement emergency requests and internal escalations which includes working some weekends
  • Review team members' work product, create and deliver training, and provide feedback
  • Lead internal training sessions on an asneeded basis
  • Enhance our operational workflows via process and policy improvements
  • Drive successful projects and tooling initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with mínimal oversight
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments effectively
  • Willingness to travel and participate in testimony appearances on behalf of Snap
  • Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional setting
  • Previous experience reviewing sensitive content (e.g. in a moderationrelated role)
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or job related equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional setting
