We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our high profile government client as a Service Desk Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT support services to our internal stakeholders.


You will play a critical role in maintaining the service desk function and ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents and service.


Key responsibilities:


  • Management of a large team providing first and second level support
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of the service desk team, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Provide firstlevel support and assistance to endusers, troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming service desk tickets, ensuring prompt assignment and resolution within defined timeframes.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Project coordination

Essential Requirements:


  • Experience managing government teams
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive user experience.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Windows and Mac
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
