There is an ongoing, part time, 68 hours per fortnight position available with an initial work location at Croydon Police Complex however the successful applicant will be required to work at other locations within the PSA.
Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.
Your duties will include:
- Collating paperwork for daily processing.
- Archiving documents.
- Sorting mail received from both internal and external agencies.
- Attending to phone enquiries and counter enquiries as required.
- Receiving and storing property. Disposal as per court or member direction as required.
- Ordering stationery and consumables.
- Working on Victoria Police data bases such as station books, PALM, LEAP and attendance.
- Other duties as required.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experiences in performing administration duties.
- The ability to work unsupervised.
- Selfmotivated.
- A proven record of ethical behaviour.
Requirements and relevant information:
- One (1) x part time (68 hours per fortnight), ongoing position available
: : - As this position is part time, the salary plus superannuation will be pro rata.
- This position is located at Croydon Police, My Dandenong Road, Croydon, however you may be required to work at other locations within the Division/PSA.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo preemployment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
