What's your role?


The Content Governance Analyst is an integral role responsible for leading the redesign and implementation of an improved Content Governance Process across Bupa.

The role will lead a cross-functional group of program leads to enable the delivery of project initiatives, managing the logistics of program reporting and escalating risks and issues as well as supporting process improvement through identification, assessment and re-design and supporting delivery as required.

What will your day look like?

  • Redesign and management of Content Approvals Process (digital) for Content as a Service Initiative across the Bupa Enterprise
  • Actively liaise Program Leads across BU's to capture business requirements and feed into broader Content as a Service Initiative
  • Lead the development a set of content governance guidelines to define the creation, publication, and review process for Bupa digital content.
  • Ask the right questions to identify gaps in Bupa's content governance processes.
  • Drive and challenge status quo to ensure Bupa achieves significant improvements across the endtoend content governance approvals process
  • Lead Content Governance process change by providing employees with datadriven insights, explicit business rules, and automated task assistance.
  • Quantify the costbenefit of proposed project outcomes.

  • Strong background in driving and designing improved process change initiatives
  • Experience with Content Management, Content Workflow and Content Governance tools and frameworks
  • Experience in working in ambiguous complex and stakeholder environments
  • Experience working in a similar role in which tight timeframes and high task volumes are a part of normal life
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use skill and judgment to achieve a desired outcome
  • Strong written & verbal communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously (limited guidance) and as part of a team
