We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to be a full-time member of our team based in our Brisbane Head Office in Spring Hill.


Team fit is really important to us and so we are looking for someone with a friendly personality and a great sense of humour.

We are wanting a fast learner with strong attention to detail. Someone who is honest, reliable and has a reputation for demonstrating initiative. You will be great at time management and importantly, be proficient in all aspects of Administration.

  • Previous administration/reception experience preferred.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration desirable
  • Comprehensive computer literacy and typing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an interactive environment as well as work with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
