ABOUT THE ROLE:

Launch is excited to be working with a dynamic and innovative organisation that works effectively as a whole and in partnership with members.

Our client advocates for a strong, competitive, and innovative banking industry that delivers excellent and equitable outcomes for customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Enable the dissemination of content across all digital and social channels for the company including website and EDMs.
Monitor channels including for public sentiment and engagement opportunities.
Manage the flow of all published content including images, video, written and audio/podcast.
Develop and expand community and/or influence outreach efforts.
Oversee all social advertising campaigns and manage inputs and procurement for wider advertising campaigns.
Collect and analyse key metrics, compiling reports to show results and trends.
Coordinate the production and distribution of regular EDMs.
Work with the Corporate Affairs team on other tasks such as internal communications.
Develop forward content and promotional plans.
Assistance with representing data as a story through data visualisation and design.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

An enthusiastic selfstarter with high attention to detail.
Familiar with digital media campaigning and advertising.
Familiar with the social media landscape and latest communication trends across various channels.
Familiarity with any of the following a bonus but not essential; WordPress, GA, MailChimp, Streem.
Experience publishing to a variety of digital communication channels.
Strong technical capabilities on digital and social channels with a deep knowledge of functionality.
Experience in web content management, i
