We are seeking an enthusiastic team-oriented person who is well organised and shows attention to detail to take on this full-time role.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the Dealerships.

Duties and Requirements of the role:

• Carrying out stock control procedures
• Organising customer's orders and purchasing necessary parts customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Any automotive parts administration as required

If you are someone with, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive 'can do' attitude, we are looking for you

• Hold a current VIC Driver's licence
• Have at least 5 years of dealership parts experience
• Experience with Pentana Solutions, especially ERANet (gray screen), highly regarded.
• Forklift license highly regarded
• A working knowledge of automotive parts or mechanical bachground.
• Must be highly computer literate
• Able to maintain cool under pressure & prioritise effectively
• No preexisting medical issues with physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nunawading, VIC 3131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- trade and retail dealership: 5 years (required)
