**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities
**1. Business Knowledge

Has a (deep) understanding of the Risk business and business processes.
Has experience in Banking, and technology or consulting companies on risk management, transformation and technology solutioning using software programs.
Understands regulatory requirements of Australian or local regulations for Regulatory analytics & reporting.
Undertakes analysis of user and business requirements, about their impact on existing systems and environments and produces an appropriate remediation plan and recommend relevant software programs & solutions.
Functional Architecture Design
Can document current architectures and standards.
Can develop futurestate conceptual architectures for regulatory compliance.
Can act as a champion for solution architecture and transformation initiatives.
Can evaluate alternative technology solutions.
Data Management
Can drive normalization/ data engineering.
Understands how to manage data from disparate data sources.
Drives management of data integrity.
Technical Solution Design
Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations and complements delivery of Capgemini's SLAs.
Had good knowledge on risk management product offerings for market product solutions like Oracle Financial Services, Moodys analytics, reporting tools like OBIEE & Power BI etc.
Synthesizes multiple requirements, ideas & solutions to manage complexity and deliver synergies.
Articulates the proposed solution and benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the client's interests or concerns. Estimates maintenance costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client's expectations.
Ensures that the solution aligns with Capgemini Group strategy.
Integration & Orchestration
Knowledge and experience in system integration.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Knowledge both on Front Office and back office systems and integration stakes.
Risk Management
Identifies implementation risks.
Records and tracks implementation risks.
Identifies the correct person to act on implementation risks.
Negotiating
Works as part of a team or leads a team to negotiate new deals, extensions and adhoc service aspects.
Understands the needs of the client and balances them with those of Capgemini to lead to winwin situations.
Ensures that the Capgemini negotiating team works and behaves in front of the client as a single entity with a common purpose.
Project Financials KPI's & Reporting
Able to work on project finance, margins and KPIs of contract until payment is received.
Initiates proactive measures to improve the margin.
Reports on time, concise, clearly and effectively, both internally and to the customer, in accordance with the Group Policy.
Understands and evaluates costs incurred in making changes.
Manage the Innovation Ecosystem
Know, share, learn and master our internal assets, methodologies and frameworks.
But Innovation is not only internal, and architects need to interact with the complete Innovation Ecosystem including our global Partners but also the local ecosystem including the startups, accelerators, incubators and all other public and private structures.
The right interaction with this local ecosystem is a key success factor to show our clients we have all the skills to be the preferred Innovation Integration Partner.
Managing Complex Delivery
Considered as the face of the consulting/implementation teams representing the practice in the business area.
Responsible for managing the overall delivery of the complex architecture solutioning & successful implementation.
