What we're looking for?

Clixpert Digital Media is looking for a highly motivated, talented, enthusiastic and experienced Web Developer (mainly WordPress, Woocommerce, Shopify and PHP) to join its growing Web team at our office in Parramatta NSW 2150.

In this position, you'll be developing websites for our clients in various industries, ensuring high quality websites built for digital marketing purposes (SEO, SEM, SMMm, VM), client satisfaction, excellent UI & UX, and conversion optimization.

This means that our websites must be optimised for goal conversions, new & return users from direct traffic, Social media, Search engines, YouTube ads, EDMs and other sources.

This role includes face to face (F2F) meeting and/or virtual meetings across teams and clients.


Skills & Experience Required:

Must have 6-8 years experience of working for digital agencies:

• Must be local, an Australian or New Zealand citizen, hold Australian permanent residency (No students)
• Thypicaly worked in a fastpaced digital agency
• Excellent Organizational & Time management skills is a must
• Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Excellent Presentation skills with Clients & teams F2F &/or virtual
• Ability to work independently, creative thinking, and thinking outside the box
• Ability to work with strict deadlines and deliver on time
• Coordinate with clients & teams (Offshore & Onshore)
• Coordination with External Partners &/or Stake Holders
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• High attention to detail is very important
• Willingness to learn independently & progressively grow in this role to excel further
• Website review to ensure 100% Quality Control (QC)
• Customer service & customer management
• Team player with the positive & cando attitude
• Fundamental & Technical knowledge of the web & digital industries (both are important)
• Endtoend project and task management (using tools & processes)
• Conduct regular research and stay abreast of current industry trends
• Performance management & reporting
• Peoples skill

Technical Skills Required:

• HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript/jQuery,PHP/Cake PHP.
• WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, etc.
• Knowledge & experince of working with other CMSs will be an advantage.
• Knowledge & experience of Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media, and Paid Advertising (SEM) campaigns.
• Creating Responsive Websites to suit all latest smart devices.
• Familiar with most popular graphic formats for web design & advertising purposes.
• Development, maintenance, and updating of websites, including improving site loading speed.
• Gather project requirements from a client for website development, repairs, tasks and updates.
• Be able to setup and manage web hosting and domains.
