At TSA Group, we've been providing customer experience solutions to some of Australia's biggest brands for 25 years, managing their contact centre operations.
Job Description:
What is in it for you?

- Salary will be $48,000 for the first 3 months then increases to $50,000

You describe yourself as - someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed.
What will a normal day look like?
You will answer inbound calls from Telstra customers and will build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.
You will also be required to:
- Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
- Answer incoming calls
- Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and troubleshooting issues
About you
This is a full time role with no flexibility. The hours are Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 7.30pm and shifts are 7.6 hours.
Must live within reasonable distance to Adelaide CBD
