The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the payroll for U-Go Mobility operations with administration and payroll processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the U-Go Mobility payroll process including:
- Process timeclock records for employee payroll;
- Send Contractor report;
- Enter leave forms into the SAP system and the Leave Tracker Report for Service Delivery Managers;
- Troubleshoot and fix payroll costing issues;
- Complete header sheets for following pay;
- Printing of pay advices and distributing to site;
- Processing of Apprentices; and
- Creation and maintenance of employee files.
- Entering, maintaining and ensuring the LMS is up to date at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
- Answer and resolve any payroll related discrepancies or issues from employees
- Maintaining payroll operations in accordance with U-Go Mobility policies and procedures
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Nil formal qualifications required for this role.
- Experience with Chrispay Payroll processes is highly regarded.
- Min 23yrs experience in a customer service/reception environment.
