About the opportunity...

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for project managing logístical and operational support for all commercial and scientific engagements.

This role involves contract management, HCP engagement approvals, invoicing, budget management, and updating our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) events.

You will also be responsible for assisting in venue sourcing and bookings, liaising with 3rd party event companies, managing incoming invoices, and attending necessary industry meetings.

What you need...

4+ years of relevant experience
Project & budget management skills
Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines
Proficient in databases and ideally familiar with learning systems and platforms such as LMS
Excellent communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills
