The role will entail living and breathing your brand portfolio and engaging with key internal stakeholders to ensure the execution of brand strategy across our key retail partners, Australia wide.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategy and overall brand performance across Share of Market and Profit KPIs.


Your 'day to day':
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Brand Strategy and Management in conjunction with business strategy and support Over-arching Portfolio Plan;
  • Leading Brand Commercialisation Strategy;
  • Endtoend management of New Product Launch
  • Briefing, team alignment, budget allocation, tools development, approval of final materials, define audience and communicate for deployment;
  • Brand Profit Analysis and Management;
  • Brand Board Management;
  • Market Activity Tracking/Trademark registration;
  • Liaising with agencies to manage assets and budget;
  • Setting cycle objectives and ensure team calendar accuracy and alignment;
  • Defining Brand Communications calendar and develop material in conjunction with Digital Team and external agencies;
  • Providing business updates on overall Portfolio Performance;
  • Working with Legal and External Affairs on "Pre-Approval" of assets &
Supporting Business Updates & Procurement Process

We're looking for our next Brand superstar who has:

years' experience within FMCG Brand Management, Marketing & Sales;

  • Ideally tertiary qualification in Arts, Communications, Commerce, Business or Marketing Degree;
  • Demonstrated understanding of End to End commercialisation of New Products, Management of Stock and Ullage;
  • An understanding of Marketing Levers such as Price and Promotion;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and spoken communication; internal and external stakeholder management &
  • Strong presentation skills for internal and external customers
