HOBAN Recruitment are currently sourcing an experienced APS5 Level Project Administration Officer to work with our client who is an independent statutory agency, responsible for supporting thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.


The branch leads a range of programs, including learning and development initiatives such as foundational skills development, the Graduate Development Program, and leadership and management development.

They manage culture and inclusion initiatives such as staff engagement programs and the Employee Experience project. The branch also leads organisational development initiatives such as talent, performance, and the Agency's recognition program.

  • Located in Robina, QLD
  • Up to 12months duration, possibility of extension, pending performance and business requirements.
- $55 per hour plus superannuation


About the role

  • Undertaking financial administration, facilitating the payment of invoices, receipt of goods and reconciliation of financial data and preparing periodic reports.
  • Working in consultation with local leaders to build staff capability through coaching and training.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and briefing papers and assisting in the preparation of technical documents.
  • Contributing to the development and management of project plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.
  • Providing advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific areas of project work.
  • Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation for review.
  • Assisting with the identification and management of project risks, issues and benefits.
  • Assisting with project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
  • Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed. decisionmaking and planning.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.

About you

Must be an Australian Citizen:

  • Learning Management System Knowledge.
  • Must be intermediate in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have project delivery experience.
