Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to act as a finance business partner, providing insightful financial analysis, reporting, and guidance.
Utilize your management accountancy expertise to develop and analyze financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Conduct indepth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Play a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance overall productivity.
Engage in performance analysis, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives to support decisionmaking at all levels.
Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain financial models that drive business decisions and support strategic planning efforts.
Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for costsaving measures and revenue enhancement.

Key Requirements:

CPA or CA qualification with a strong academic record and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accountancy or Financial Analysis.
Proven experience working in large organizations, demonstrating the ability to handle complex financial structures and vast amounts of financial data.
Strong analytical skills, with the capability to draw meaningful insights and translate data into actionable strategies and communicate this to business stakeholders at all levels.
A track record of successfully streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and implementing financerelated best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
