The Opportunity:


Are you ready to make your mark in the world of Marketing and Communications? We've got the perfect opportunity for you Junction is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our team.


As a Marketing and Communications Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our communications initiatives, providing a fresh and customer-focused approach.

Your creative flair will shine as you craft compelling content for both internal and external storytelling, ensuring our brand voice resonates with our diverse audience.

Collaboration will be your middle name, as you work closely with our Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor to devise and implement cutting-edge communications plans.

Whether it's creating captivating campaigns, managing our engaging social media presence, or planning exciting events, your ideas and expertise will be valued.

Your eye for design and impeccable writing skills will also come into play as you liaise with external parties, guiding them to bring our vision to life in print and digital formats.

You'll play a vital role in maintaining our website, ensuring it stays fresh and relevant for our ever-growing audience.

We are seeking a highly driven person who:

  • Possesses technical nous, intermediate level computer literacy as well as experience with Campaign Monitor, MailChimp (or similar product)
  • Intermediate skills using the Adobe Suite (specifically Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Strong web publishing knowledge, skills, and experience (experience using WordPress is favourable)
  • Recent and demonstrated experience managing and developing content for and monitoring social media accounts for a likesize organisation
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, Media or a related discipline with demonstrated skill in graphic design
  • Industry understanding of media operation and liaison principles is beneficial

You Will Need To:


  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current General Employment Probity Check
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
