About the Role


We have had an exciting opportunity arise for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our south of the river Spearwood Branch.


Working in a close knit and supportive team, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo Truck parts.

This role will require you to think on your feet to effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face), whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.


The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a dedicated and hard working individual with a positive and proactive attitude


Successful applicants will have:

  • Knowledge and interest in the Automotive industry
  • Previous Parts Interpreting experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An energetic and positive cando attitude
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Be able to commit to full time hours and to support the team over the weekend as required.
