About the role


In this role, you will be supporting senior project managers and project managers by coordinating the execution of allocated tasks within large and complex projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating project and portfolio level analysis, reporting and liaison services to ensure the delivery of business capabilities.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will be based in our Leederville office. This role will be reporting to the Manager - IT Project Management.

About you:

  • Considerable project coordinator experience
  • Considerable experience in coordinating people and vendors required to deliver successful outcomes.
  • High organisational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
  • Developed conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and teamwork skills
  • Strong risk management and quality assurance control

What the role will involve

  • Coordinate the execution of tasks within large and complex projects as allocated by the Senior Project Manager/ Project Managers.
  • Coordinate and assist in performing analysis of schedules, dependencies, resource, costs, risks, and issues to ensure accurate health reporting of projects.
  • In collaboration with the Commercial Team, coordinate the necessary procurement activities and contractual documents as required.
  • Assist with the engagement with key contractors, consultants, suppliers and other nominated stakeholders as required who are critical to supporting the delivery of the capital and noncapital projects undertaken by the project team
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain relevant controls, identify risks and work with the Manager of Project Management to mitigate risks and maintain operational delivery
