About the Role:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Efficiently allocate jobs to drivers and ensure clear communication of these plans to all stakeholders.
Plan safe and efficient transport routes, considering factors like load restraints, curfews, permits, and driver capabilities.
Direct, coordinate, and supervise operations to achieve the organization's service objectives effectively.
Maximise asset utilisation by coordinating the allocation of workloads.
Maintain regular communication with internal staff and external customers to address any daytoday issues.
Ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate continuous improvement of procedures and documentation.
Provide guidance and instructions to drivers on new processes with clients, ensuring accurate completion of required documents on behalf of the client.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in a similar role involving heavy vehicle allocations is desired.
Familiarity with NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Regulator) and Chain of Responsibility regulations.
Strong analytical skills to assess and communicate information effectively for achieving desired outcomes.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
A focus on delivering results and finding solutions to challenges.
