And this is our invitation to you, to join iSee, working from their Barangaroo offices as Customer Success Manager.

Who are you?
Well, in addition to your 3+ years in SaaS, or MSP, or Networks account management (ideally with Government customers) if most people describe you as:

  • A quick learner and commercially savvy;
  • Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
  • Very goal driven and energetic;
  • Selfconfident but not overbearing;
  • Someone who enjoys meeting with technology users and influencers;
  • A creative and adaptable thinker;
  • Comfortable in taking charge of sales situations when needed;
  • Good under pressure;
  • Resilient;
  • Proactive and keen to take the initiative;
  • Good at reading both people and the facts; and
  • Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well organised way...

The role?
iSee has won a significant contract with Education Queensland.

Initially this role will see you in 'land and expand' mode, working with users and influencers within the contract, ensuring increasing adoption of the iSee solution.

From there, growth objectives will see leveraging connections and success stories to open opportunities in Victoria and the Northern Territory.

This role will see you, ideally, evolving and taking on an increasingly account executive/business development focus - along with increasing earning capacity.
