Position Available:


About the Participant:

Our participant, who relocated from Perth to Melbourne two years ago, resides independently in Melbourne CBD. He is seeking a support worker to provide social support. He is highly intellectual, passionate about music, and enjoys activities such as attending the public pool and gym sessions.


Participant's Wish List:

• Female support worker between the ages of 2030.
• Experience in disability and mental health support.
• Willingness to engage in pool activities and join in swimming sessions.
• Willingness to accompany the participant to the gym.

Requirements:


The following must be maintained throughout employment:

• NDIS Worker's Screening Check.
• Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Module and any updates.
• Proof of right to work.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
