They are looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Newcastle ASAP on a 5 month contract with the potential to extend

The Job...
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be accountable for:

Managing a large portfolio of cases end to end.
Reviewing and interpreting business correspondence.
Preparation of draft budgets.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy.
Escalating complex issues when required.
Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

Minimum 12 months experience working in a high-volume call centre environment.
Experience working within a large/complex organisation such as financial services, disability, legal or government sectors would be ideal.
Experience in case management would be highly advantageous.
Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
