Forever Living Products Australia Pty Ltd manufactures, markets and sells wellness and beauty products all around the world through our network marketing plan (MLM).

Our Australian office now requires a Sales and Marketing Manager (Country Manager) to join our busy team.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
Developing and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Developing and inspiring independent business owners.

Reporting to global head office and preparing quarterly / annual reports.

Recruiting, vetting and training new office staff.

Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.

Building and maintaining professional / client relationships.

Researching and identifying new potential clients and market opportunities.

Establish sales / target goals.

Creating and presenting weekly sales performance presentations.

Organising monthly recognition meets.

Implementing sales training re. delivery on targets for team members

We offer a competitive remuneration of between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00 per annum excluding superannuation.

In addition to the above, a bonus scheme of up to $5,000.00 per month - where targets are met - is also applicable to for this position.

Salary:
$70, $90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
