We currently have a 12 month entry-level traineeship opportunity to join our Customer & Payments team based in our Collingwood head office.

Our traineeships are full time for 12 months and provide a great opportunity for individuals who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school.

It is important to note that this opportunity is not a graduate position.

The trainee will support the Customer & Payments team with administrative tasks and data analysis and insights. Our Customer & Payments team includes Contact Centre Branches and Operations Team. Bank Australia offers a high quality traineeship program in a supportive environment.

Trainees will experience working in a professional and successful banking organisation dedicated to responsible banking while undertaking a Certificate III in Business (Records and Information Management).

What you will be doing

  • General administrative duties
  • Assist with preparing weekly and end of month reporting, as well as distributing the reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in ad hoc data requests and developing reporting /management packs
  • Assist in providing analytics and insights to the customer & payments team
  • Assist in supporting a variety of customer & payments projects, such as data quality issues and automation initiatives
  • Undertaking other tasks as deemed appropriate by your manager
  • Complete the Certificate III in Business (Records and Information Management).
