Global firm within the Marine industry seeking a seasoned Advisor to join their HR Team.
They have a diverse portfolio of clients with a strong reputation and presence within the Oil & Gas and Construction arena.

Description
Reporting to the HR Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide general HR support and advice to stakeholders on ER/IR matters as required
- Coordination, advice, and support throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding, induction, and off boarding
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database.
- Assist with recruitment activities including attraction and retention for domestic and international recruits
- Assist with generating contract and processing variations
- Review and updating all policies in line with current legislation and best practices
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have:
- Previous experience within an Advisor level capacity
- Broad Generalist HR experience, specifically covering IR, ER and Recruitment
- Ability to work within a close knit team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide transactional and operational HR Support
