Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator within our Sydney-based team who will:

  • Help to ideate and implement creative communications/PR, influencer, content and social media strategies from start to finish: gathering audience insights, monitoring current online conversation/coverage, investigating existing strategies, evaluating competitor performance and participating in creative brainstorms
  • Provide daytoday support to the team and clients across account management, media engagement and influencer outreach
  • Support our insights function, including helping to set and achieve KPIs, benchmarking, reviewing audience feedback, monitoring engagement and responses to content and pitches so we can continuously improve
  • Drive creative ideation and copywriting, working alongside the Content Lead and in house creative/design team
  • Monitor breaking news, industry trends, tools and data to help inform the team and client of relevant landscape shifts and help pivot activity as appropriate
  • Be an active member of new business pitches
Who are you?

This role would suit a new graduate who has had agency experience by way of an internship and you're now looking to launch your communications career.

  • You have 12 years experience working in agencies before or have completed a relevant internship in the communications sector
  • You have a strong understanding of public relations, influencers and social media and want to learn how best to not only engage your audiences, but listen and learn from them
  • You're ambitious and have a drive to generate stand out results
  • You're organised and a people person
  • You know what's trending on social media and what's in the news headlines
  • You are a confident writer and presenter
  • You have ideally worked across social, content development and/or influencer marketing with hands on experiences across social tools e.g. Klear, Trello
  • You are naturally curious, highly adaptable and a critical thinker with a nose for a story
  • You are educated to degree level in a relevant discipline

The role reports to an Account Director for key coaching and you will work with them to plan and set your short, medium and long term goals, with dedicated development check ins every quarter.

As part of our team, you will also have access to awesome benefits including a 1.5% training allowance on top of your salary, alongside dedicated training as part of our Positive Change Academy, Summer Fridays finishing at 3pm, up to 5x volunteering days off and more.

We accommodate your schedule and lifestyle with a hybrid office/WFH model, so you pick your core daily hours and we'll help you make it work.
