Specialists in the Western suburbs, our clients have been operating in the Real Estate market for over 30 years.

One of their offices is in the mid-West and 14 km from the CBD is seeking a Property Manager to join their team.

Located in this well-known main street, you can spend your lunch at the beach enjoying the view

This role will involve managing 148 properties and is an end-to-end Property Management role.

Most of the portfolio is based close to the office, with only a couple of them in the outer West.

Saturday work is currently only 1 in 6 and our client offers 1 day per week working from home, after you have been there and learned the role for a few months.

_To be considered for this role, you will have worked as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager in a Real Estate office before._ You will also have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle & be a customer service champion
