Our client, a renowned brand in the construction and building materials industry, has a need for an ambitious Credit Controller to join their team on short notice
. This is a great opportunity for someone 1-3 years into their career and wants to grow and develop as part of a large, well know company.
This role is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Credit Officer/Accounts Receivable Officer to join a large, stable and supportive company that offers
hybrid working arrangements (2 days from the office).
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Credit Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a customer ledger
- Debt Collection activities and building strong relationships with customers
- Banking, Reconciliations, Allocations & Receipting
- Investigation of unreconciled payments
- Customer service, investigations and dispute resolution
- Updating customer accounts
- Analysing data and preparing reports
The successful applicant
- At least 1 years previous experience as a Credit Officer/Accounts Receivable Officer with a true passion for collections and customer service
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
