About the Role:

Our client is seeking a passionate Legal Assistant with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a role that will grow with them and offer opportunities for professional development.

You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive, down-to-earth, and friendly team in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

Opening new files
Filing court documents
Diary management
Collating documents and preparing briefs
Document and correspondence preparation including court documents
Monthly billing
Liaising with clients
Other general administrative duties and support as required

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Legal Assistant
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to be proactive and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Sound Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines
Flexibility to learn new skills and take on new challenges
