Property Development Industry- Customer Service Role
- Manage Relationships with Investors
This growing, well respected property developer is seeking a Client Service/Investor Relations professional to manage relationships with the investors who participate in the funding of their projects.
The role involves the following:
- Customer service for new and existing investors
- Managing allotment and redemption process (incoming and outgoing funds) with the support team in place
- Managing communications and relationships with Investor base
- Potential for event management and other initiatives to drive investor engagement
- Deal with and triage incoming investor queries including answering questions or directing them to relevant stakeholder
- Competitor monitoring and commentary on their activities
- Managing KYC process and other investor onboarding requirements including compliance checks
- Work closely with MD, GM and Capital raising team
The company has Funds that clients invest in for a specified return and the role effectively manages those clients and the processes associated with the placement and redemption of those monies.
The role would suit an experienced Customer Service professional who has a proven track record in engaging with, managing and adding value to a sophisticated client base.
