About the Role


Are you passionate about loyalty and working with clients? We want you to be able to understand customer behaviour to drive deeper engagement through our loyalty programs.


Reporting and working with Senior Account Manager as the Client Success Manager you will be responsible for managing your own set of channel partner clients.

You will play a key role in providing strategic advice and direction across all programs, while identifying opportunities to deliver ongoing improvement.


Your team responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership and effectively manage the success of client's loyalty programs
  • Analyse customer behaviour to optimise program initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify weaknesses and areas for enhancements, with a focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Overseeing adoption and usage of tools and processes developed to streamline operations.
  • Ensuring consistent protection of Data Security & Effective Cost Management
  • Monitoring and benchmarking customer satisfaction along with key performance indications (KPIs) for the program and the team.
  • Managing relationship with clients and suppliers
  • Escalating technical problems for resolution
  • Collaborating with your leader and coassistant manager to maintain and reinforce the company's culture, values, and vision.

Your program responsibilities include:

  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Execute on launch plans and develop ongoing communication plans
  • Work with the inhouse studio team to create communications design, and web layout designs
  • Write and refine all communications copy and content
  • Optimise execution of marketing tactics to ensure that relevant opportunities are provided to enhance the value of the reward programs
  • Take ownership for campaign analysis, ROI tracking and reporting for presentation to client
  • Accurate database management and member profiling
  • Accurate processing of reward payments

Qualifications:


  • You have 3+ years of demonstrated digital marketing experience.
  • You have experience in account manager roles
  • Someone with a proactive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and good time management
  • You love people and you're natural at building trusting relationships in the team and with your clients
  • Are results orientated ability to work toward and achieve KPI's
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges
  • Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to act decisively this is a busy handson role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year
