The Sales and Service Experience team aims to enable the best experience for our sales and servicing teams and the clients we serve in Banking and Financial Services.

We aim to provide best practices, process optimisation and data-driven insights powered by the Salesforce platform and enabled by our world-class engineers.

What role will you play?

Join our team as a Product Manager to understand our teams, our clients and our business outcomes, to set and drive the strategy on our platform.

You will be the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding and empathy of current needs and pain points of our end clients and sales and servicing teams.

You will develop a clear, compelling vision and roadmap that will bring alignment across stakeholders and the team, whilst delivering on value.

You will collaborate with our various distribution, servicing, operations, design, architecture and engineering teams to ensure we maximise our value on the Salesforce platform.

What you offer

Experience in Salesforce product management
Ability to work in highly complex environments and drive transformation and change
Comfortable working with both sales and operations leadership as well as with architecture and engineering leadership
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and excellent relationship building and communication skills
Well versed in Humancentred design and agile practices.
