The Company
My client is a national FMCG company looking for its next Production Supervisor. The exciting opportunity has become available to provide short-term support across the production team.

This role is based in South-Eastern Melbourne.


The Role
Reporting into the Factory Director, the responsibilities of the role includes:

  • Ensure the production schedule is delivered in full (inclusive of setup, changeover and startup times)
  • Ensure quality standards are met across production functions
  • Comply with agreed GMP standards
  • Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policies
  • Ensure production operations do not exceed defined levels of wastage

Your Background
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Prior experience within FMCG background
  • A combination of handson and strategic experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
