Primary Purpose of Role:

Provide high level administrative capability for governance activities across the agency, including facilitating effective executive support to internal agency committees as well as external committees on which the agency is represented, compliant document management and contributing to delivery of training.
Provide basic advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding governance, risk management and policy arrangements for the agency.
Under general direction, administer the agency's honours and awards programme, including acting as executive officer to the Honours and Awards Committee.
Under general direction undertake projects and activities delivering functions of the Legal and Governance Directorate.
Under general direction, assist with arrangements for ceremonial occasions for the agency, including awards, funerals and other formal events as required.

Remuneration:

ASO3
$65,606 - $69,919
