Position:
Outbound Sales Team Leader


Location:
Gold Coast, Queensland


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a highperforming outbound sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the professional development of team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a handson approach to sales activities when required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a collaborative and highenergy work environment.

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
