Description
Be Empowered to Make Decisions

  • Supervise a Team Looking to Learn
  • Be REALLY Rewarded for Your Contributions

From just simply walking into this Firm's modern and fresh offices it is easy to see why they have virtually no staff turnover.

From the warm and friendly reception staff, to the fabulous "break out" rooms, vibrant staff lunch/coffee room, all the way through to the notice boards highlighting next month's social calendar.

It is quite evident that this firm has something special about it.

Enough of the spin.

This is simply a good place to work and due to their ongoing growth, they now have the need for an experienced Business Services Supervisor/Manager to join one of their teams.

Working closely with the partners, your role will be to ensure that all aspects of your team's output is of a high standard.

Yes, you may have to remain "hands on" at times but this is important as you don't want your skills to evaporate.

You will of course be required to review your teams work before partner sign off.

You will also assist in the team's development and encourage them to research issues that are unfamiliar or challenging to them.

As the Partner encourages autonomy, ownership and responsibility, client contact is a must and you will need to be comfortable with this.

You can't sit in a corner and simply "crunch" numbers. This role will allow you to demonstrate your "creative flair" for "getting the job done".

Similar to most Supervisor/Manager roles, you will have completed your degree and have either completed or be near completion of your CA.

Your experiences with a broad variety of business clients in multiple industries will assist you to make a positive impact in this role as will your confident and friendly personality.

But the most critical factor of all will be your willingness to interact and participate in the firm's activities. Being a team player is a must.

A highly competitive salary package will be made available to the successful applicant. As a guide, a base salary of between $95,000 and $120,000 plus superannuation can be expected.
