Description

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable receptionist/ dental assistant to join our team working 2-3 full days a week.

We concentrate in Implant surgery so implant procedure knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of dental4windows is also preferred.

  • An ability to build good patient rapport in a cheerful and kind manner
The role would include but is not limited to:

  • Answering calls and making appointments.
  • Use of eftpos/hicaps machine
  • Greeting patients the moment they enter the practice.
  • Maintaining patient accounts and keeping on top of bills and invoices.
  • End of Day settlement
- sterilisation of instruments and chair side assisting when needed.
