About the role
Treasury Brisbane currently has a number of exciting
Gaming Operations Supervisor positions available.

With your passion for customer excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of the gaming areas, including the Guest Service desks.

Providing guidance, leadership, training, and motivation to a team members to ensure areas are running effectively.


What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated passion for exceptional guest service
  • Thorough knowledge of all statutory regulations and reporting requirements including the Casino Control Act 198
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use a range of relevant computer software
  • High level of personal organisation and administrative skills
  • Experience in team supervision (desirable)
