Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of skilled workers, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Structures Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
