Accurate Recruitment requires the services of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant who is enthusiastic about learning and having a career in the Labour Hire/ Recruitment Industry.

The individual we seek must be willing to work hard, be dedicated, and be passionate about being a part of our recruitment team.

You must have the
ATTITUDE to get in and give anything a go.

For Entry Level Consultants, the role includes:

Database:

Review Resumes:

Learn how to review a Resume and understand how to pick out key skills and match them to job vacancies.

Advertising & Marketing - Learn how to post job adverts across a variety of platforms

Reference Checks - Understand how to conduct an effective reference check

Client site visits - Work closely with a Senior Consultant / Manager and attend client meetings to give you exposure to client interactions

Hours are 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday,
