Casual positions located at our Molendinar, (Gold Coast) waste management site

  • If you are a customer orientated person and passionate about recycling, then this is the role for you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Superb customer service, great communication and a keen eye for resalable goods
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting techniques while utilising manual handling equipment
  • You can work with mínimal supervision, but with high levels of respect for others
  • Have availability to work every 2nd weekend and weekdays

A little bit about the role...


Endeavour Foundation is a member of
Charitable Recycling Australia (CRA) which promotes the impact of the charitable reuse, recycling and retail sector.

As a
Recycling Attendant, you will play an integral role in the coordination of recyclable goods to ensure objects are recycled appropriately, you will also:


  • Inspect the load of each public vehicle entering the waste facility to ascertain the contents of each load and direct drivers to the appropriate recycling areas
  • Direct customers where to unload contents and advise the most appropriate methods of disposing
  • Maintain a high level of tidiness and presentation of premises to ensure Endeavour and the waste facility's image is of the highest standard
  • Comply with Endeavour's Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace is upheld
