Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking a casual Retail Supervisor to join the team at Woomera Village, which is part of Woomera RAAF base.

This role offers the ability to work full time hours on an ongoing basis. Must be willing to do DIDO 14:7 in the future.

The role includes, but is not limited to

  • Overseeing daily operations of the supermarket including managing staff
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and manage daily store cash reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills and Experience

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Knowledge in retail software and computer proficiency
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Confident cash handling skills and processing financial (eftpos) transactions
